London Craft Week — Tenun Pahang: Weaving Hope
Exhibition Identity Print
Tenun Pahang: Weaving Hope was an exhibition of the Royal Pahang Silk Weave at London Craft Week showcasing a collection of the garments of Tenun from across the centuries. The exhibition also highlighted the prison programmes of Bentong and Penor, and the efforts of Her Majesty Queen Azizah of Malaysia in educating prisoners to weave silks, giving them a livelihood, art therapy, and hope for the future by offering them opportunity for employment when they are released from prison.
Working closely with curator Judith Clark, we were commissioned to design the exhibition graphics, invitation and magazine advertisement.
