Who we are


Charlie Smith Design is a creative studio devoted to the details. As a small but dedicated team, we pay attention to what makes you unique – immersing ourselves in your business to deliver beautiful and timeless work that enriches your brand.

We’ve designed identities for animation studios, exhibitions, and charities; signage for restaurants and boutiques; packaging for artisan delis and toymakers. We’ve even designed a special edition stamp or two. Our experience across a broad range of sectors means there’s no new challenge we can’t take on. If it piques our curiosity, we dive in – drawing on our knowledge, expertise and fresh ideas to bring your brand to life.

Our small team is exceptionally talented, warm-hearted, and tightly knit. That word — ‘small’ — used to feel like something to hide. But our size actually makes what we do even more impressive. It also means you’ll always get to work with familiar faces — and we’ll get to know you, and your brand, inside out.

There’s very little our design team can’t do. But when a project needs specialist hands, we always know who to turn to. Our network of creative friends includes paper artists, food stylists, translators, copywriters, web developers, and brand strategists. And we especially love bringing bespoke illustrations to a project.
