Dune Signature, a luxury property development company, commissioned us to create a brochure for their latest development, Oasis. This project provided an opportunity to demonstrate effective luxury property brochure design, with a focus on reflecting the unique location and high-end aesthetic of the villas. The design concept draws inspiration from the villas’ proximity to the ocean, incorporating imagery such as palm tree shadows and sand textures for background elements. A custom logo lock-up, featuring the resort name and a leaf motif, was created to emphasise the villas’ beautiful natural surroundings.
