The Rose in Fashion: Ravishing, is a fascinating exploration into how the rose has inspired fashion over hundreds of years and the way we look, dress and feel. From elite 18th-century woven silks to the latest gender-neutral catwalk trends and Alexander McQueen rose dresses. It draws upon fashion clothing, everyday dress, millinery, fine jewellery, perfume, and artificial and fresh roses. We were commissioned by Yale University Press to design the look and feel of the book bringing to life over 250 illustrations and detailed texts by Amy de la Haye.
